Undeliverable Packages

This happens when an unplanned service disruption prevents your local courier from delivering your package. As a first step, please call your local courier to get more information. They'll advise you if you need to contact us.

What Happens with Undelivered Packages

Your local courier will hold your parcel for a number of days depending on their policy. The undeliverable package is returned to us, and we'll process a replacement once we get a confirmation your shipping address is still correct.

When a package is returned as undeliverable, we can't reship it automatically. You have to confirm your shipping address is still correct.

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages

An undeliverable status occurs for various reasons including, but not limited:

• The shipping address can't be accessed due to wrong address, missing information, or delivery restrictions (ex: correctional facility) or driver safety concerns due to presence of a dog.
• The carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to access your delivery address.
• Customer/recipient refuses to accept package from carrier.
