Undeliverable Packages
A package becomes undeliverable when a service disruption stops your local courier from completing delivery. Call the courier first — they'll tell you whether the next step is on their side or ours.
Check the status of your order:
Your OrdersWhat happens with undelivered packages
- Held by courier: the carrier holds the parcel for a set number of days per their policy.
- Returned to us: once returned, a replacement ships only after you confirm the delivery address.
- No automatic reship: address confirmation is required before a replacement is sent.
Common reasons for undeliverable packages
- Address issue: wrong address, missing details, or delivery restrictions (e.g. correctional facility, driver safety concerns).
- Failed attempts: the carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Refused delivery: the recipient declines the package at the door.
