Not satisfied with your order? Request a refund within 90 days of purchase — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

• Log in to your account: find your order under Order History.
• Select the order: choose Request Refund.
• No account access? Submit a request and include your order number.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
