Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • U.S. orders: 5–12 business days
  • International orders: 7–14 business days

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs, weather, high order volume, and local courier schedules can affect delivery.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is emailed to the address used at checkout once your order ships.

Tracking Updates and Carrier Scans

Tracking doesn't always update daily — this doesn't mean the package is stuck.

Packages pass through logistics partners, export facilities, customs, carrier hubs, and local courier networks. Some carriers update tracking only at major checkpoints.

Local or Last-Mile Tracking Numbers

Some shipments have more than one tracking number.

The first is generated when the order ships from the Fulfillment Center. Once it reaches your country, the local courier may assign a separate last-mile tracking number for final delivery.

Either number may update depending on where the package is in transit. If a local or last-mile number is available, use it when contacting your courier — it typically has the most accurate delivery details.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Confirm your shipping address is complete and correct before ordering.

Entered the wrong address? Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can be made only before an order enters processing or ships — once it has, a change can't be guaranteed.

Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, allow 5 additional days. Local couriers sometimes schedule delivery before tracking updates.

Still missing after that? Contact us to review the shipment.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check your mailbox, porch, garage, parcel locker, package room, safe box, leasing office, and with neighbors, household members, or building staff.

Couriers sometimes scan a package as delivered before it's physically handed off, or hold it at a local facility.

Still can't find it? Contact your local courier with the local or last-mile tracking number, if available — they can confirm where it was left, whether a delivery photo was taken, or if it was handed to someone nearby.
