If you don't see a tracking number, or tracking shows no updates, here's what's happening.
Tracking numbers can take time to appear
Tracking is generated once your order ships — not at the time of purchase. Allow up to 2 business days after your order confirms as shipped.
No updates after pickup?
- Recently shipped: some carriers don't scan a package until it reaches the first hub — this can take 24–48 hours.
- International shipments: tracking may pause while the package clears customs, then resume once it reaches your country's local courier.
Can't find your tracking email?
Check spam, junk, or promotions folders, or search your inbox for eazeydreams.com. You can also find it in Your Orders.
