Tracking Doesn't Match Carrier's Website
If tracking status looks different on our site than on the carrier's site, here's why.
Two systems, two update schedules
Our tracking page pulls data from the carrier, but updates aren't always instant. The carrier's own site is usually the most current source.
What to check
- Carrier name: confirm you're checking the right carrier — some orders switch carriers mid-transit for last-mile delivery.
- Tracking number: use the exact number from Your Orders, not a shortened or partial version.
- Local vs. original number: international orders sometimes get a second, local tracking number once they reach your country — see Local or Last-Mile Tracking Numbers.
Still doesn't match after checking the carrier directly? Submit a request and we'll investigate.
