Find a Missing Item from Your Order

Items in one order can ship separately. Check Your Orders before reporting anything missing.

An entire item is missing

1. Open Your Orders and check whether the missing item is in a separate shipment.
2. Select Track Package to see its delivery date.
3. No tracking info for that item? Submit a request.

Part of an item is missing

Check the product packaging first — small parts are often taped inside. Still missing? Submit a request.

Entire shipping package is missing

• Shows as delivered: see Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered.
• Shows as undeliverable: see Undeliverable Packages.

You received an empty package

Submit a request with your order number and a photo of the packaging.
