Cancel your subscription from your account before the next renewal date.

If your subscription started before June 30, 2026, go to your Seal Account here. If your subscription started after June 30, 2026, go to your Loop Account here.

Cancel a subscription

1. Go to your account using the link above that matches your subscription start date.
2. Select the subscription.
3. Select Cancel my subscription.

Timing rules

• Before renewal date: cancel on your account page before the renewal date to skip the next shipment.
• After shipping starts: orders already in the shipping process can't be canceled — the following shipment is canceled instead.
• Can't cancel in time: submit a request for a return or shipment stoppage.
