Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into Your Account.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Account
2. Select the Subscription
3. Select Cancel my subscription

Note: For your subscription cancellation to take effect from your upcoming delivery, make the required changes before the renewal date corresponding to your subscription on the Account page. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. The next shipment on your subscribed orders schedule is canceled in this case. Note that if cancellation was not possible, please request a return or stoppage of shipment, depending on the situation.
